Le Print Express is committed to quality, and attempts to locate, correct, and/or adjust any errors or color inaccuracies.
Customer-Supplied Files
Le Print Express cannot be held responsible for customer-introduced errors, including:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors or inconsistencies
- Pixelation, distortion, discoloration, or other quality problems due to customer-supplied images
- Incorrect layout for bindery in customer-supplied files
- Duplicate orders placed by customers
Order Approval
All orders require customer approval of a proof before production begins. Once a proof has been approved, Le Print Express proceeds with production and the customer accepts responsibility for the content of the approved proof.
Cancellations
Orders that have entered the production queue generally cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to an order — we will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.
